We are meat lovers. We believe in quality food, and that’s why we prepare our dishes with love and care, respecting the sanctity of our meat. Our mission is to find the best meat from different origins available in the market today and serve it to our clients in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our concept also consists of having a butcher shop integrated in our kitchen, allowing the meat to go directly from the butcher to the grill, as well as offering an excellent selection of fresh meat to take home. We believe that a great-tasting steak should not be dressed up with too many fancy sauces; it should instead be grilled to perfection and enjoyed as it is. Having said this, we also believe that great meat takes many forms, from our pregos (the typical Portuguese steak sandwich) to our hamburgers. We reject the notion that minced meat should be made up of leftovers and instead advocate the idea that minced meat can come from the noblest of cuts from fillet to sirloin in order to make a truly dignified burger.
